Think of sports as meditation – each moment will be different so just watch the ups and downs go by
Ride with the changes – sometimes a run will be excellent, sometimes not, but go with the flow…don’t get attached
Find your focus – e.g. count steps when running
Count breaths or just focus on your breathing
Focus on your surroundings and what you enjoy about them
